We have many vineyards around these parts, but I must be honest and say that the Barossa Valley really is THE place when it comes to growing grapes in Australia.  The Hunter Valley is also world renown, and comes a very close second to the Barossa Valley in my humble opinion.  I am sure that other vine growers will beg to differ.
